The Power of Knowledge and Thriving Through Difficult Times

I don’t believe for a second that the solution to all the problems we face is to pray and hope that salvation comes our way. This requires work, study and the insatiable appetite for learning and knowledge. I watch the news feeds and I continue to do a lot of research. I find that it seems the world is going deeper and deeper into chaos, fear, anger, etc. However I also believe that there are lots of us on a completely different timeline and making great strides to turn things around. I friend just sent me the following link.  I share it with you in the event that you are not aware or have knowledge of what is going on.

I bring this word up mainly because I will be holding workshops and these workshops will be upgraded and updated from previous workshops. I will be talking about and sharing my thoughts and experiences from the Soul / Spiritual level and reviewing all the work that I have done from this perspective. I believe this information will be important for those who want to make the shift and explore who they are and how that will impact their relationships with others around them.

There is a lot of crap going on right now. Lots of fear around riots in the middle east due to anger towards the US for the film portraying Mohammed in ways they do not like. Financial crises continues to deepen. Gold and Silver prices spiking. China and Japan rattling their swords. Canada closing down embassies in the middle east. Iran constantly in the news. All these events are, in my opinion, designed to elicit fear and chaos. I don’t buy it for a second. The elite of this world desperately want a world war and it is up to us to declare peace and have freedom flow over the face of this earth – whether they like it or not. That requires faith, knowledge and a burning desire for change. It requires forgiveness, compassion and tolerance. It requires that we face ourselves and recognize we have the power to change all of this.

Journey Towards Truth II – The Art of Freedom – Workshop Details

I’ve decided to open up the workshop this coming weekend to people online.  So if you live too far away from Edmonton, you are welcome to join us as I stream audio, video and the PowerPoint presentation online.  I will use the same technology as I use for my weekly classes, except the experience should be better for people as I will purchase a professional subscription with the service, so there will be no adds and the internet service in the city is way better than my service out here.  The workshop will be recorded and made available on the private side of my website for members only.

For all of those out there who want to attend the workshop, you have a couple options;

1.  You can get a one year or life time membership which would give you free access to the workshop AND give you access to previous workshops and 35+ classes that I have recorded.  You can also review the workshop and classes over and over if you want.

2.  You can just attend the workshop online for a one time consideration.

Also, if you are coming, please confirm via e-mail (rob[at]ConsciousSelfGovernance.ca) so that I can make sure I have enough materials for all those who attend. I will only bring materials for those who confirm with me.

Apprenticeship Program *Update*

It seems the Apprenticeship Program is a hit! I have many individuals who expressed an interest in the program.  Some from as far away as the UK and California.  Since it is very expensive to fly over every weekend, I decided to tweak the program to accommodate what people are asking for.  The vast majority of individuals would rather be here for a week or two instead of coming out on weekends.  So here is what we can do:

For local people who live in or around Edmonton, you are still welcome to come out for 120 hours over 8 weekends over a period of 4 months.  This is to accommodate people who work and who are close by.  These individuals will be able to experience a wide range of things due to diversity of tasks performed each weekend over 4 months.

By popular demand, I am starting a new Apprenticeship Program for those individuals who want to learn first hand what it takes to live off grid, be self governing and self sufficient.  We have lived off grid for five years and we learned a lot on what it takes to be successful and how to live in harmony with the cycles of nature.  Now is your chance to have a mentor and completely submerse yourself in hands on, real life learning.  The program will run from July to October and those who participate will have opportunities to experience all aspects of off grid life and learn what it really takes to make it work.

New Earth

Follow Up to Ungrip

I want to thank two friends for allowing me to borrow their camera and mic / sound system. Ben Stewart and I are making a follow-up to UNGRIP by recording a 10-15 minute video.

We talked a lot about my project to finish developing our domicile so that we can build a world class environment to teach people how they can get plugged back in with nature and do so by being 100% self sufficient. I will invite experts, teachers and elders of all kinds to teach all kinds of courses and workshops. I think it will be a lot of fun to build it and a lot of fun having people attend and experience first hand what we live each day.

Upcoming Classes – Removing our Dependencies From the System

Just a quick note…. If any of you are interested, I  will work on a special series of classes that will cover the basic necessities of life. I offer these classes as an opportunity to find ways to remove your dependency on these corrupt and quickly deteriorating systems.

This week I will talk about what we have done to cover food. I will show you how we grow chickens, goats and bees. Right from hatching the eggs to harvesting.

I will also cover some concerns people may have with Bill S510 (in the US) and Bill C36 (in Canada) and other legislation regarding food. It’s important for us to be aware of this fact. Hidden in the language of Bill C-36, the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act, is a clause which makes Canadians “subject to the dictates of foreign authorities”, which are undefined but could mean anything from a foreign government to a trade association like the WTO, NAFTA, CETA, etc., to the United Nations.

Yes, I will also talk about Raw Milk! Please watch my class on ‘Regina v. Schmidt’ before you attend this class to fully understand what I will be talking about. You have homework. :)

Either we work together and build contingency plans to serve and protect ourselves or we will get caught up in events going on worldwide. Time is getting short. We don’t have much time left. We either do it now on our terms, or we do it later on somebody else’s terms. This will come down to a determination of needs vs wants.
